Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a refund, if you no longer want to start the course.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at least 7 days before the course start date. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@bookclubschool.com. If your refund is accepted, 

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please read your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong course, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there are any issues with the course after it has started, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot refund or partially refund course fees if the client is unable to attend the session at the specified time, and sessions cannot be rescheduled for you in this situation.
